1. When will my order be processed?
We process all orders within 24–48 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

 

2. How long does delivery take?

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • GCC & International: 5–10 business days (depending on your location and customs)

 

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, same-day delivery is not available, but we’re working on it for select UAE cities.

 

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it from your account under Orders.

 

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

 

6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@laprimeiro.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.

 

7. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If it’s past the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us with your order number. We’ll help you resolve it quickly.
